  • 1.  Evolve License Error

    I have been trying to activate my evolve licences. The server is up and running. When I reach it in the browser, a setup menu starts. Clicking on 'Next' after filling in the 'Activate License' screen results in an error saying 'Incorrect maskmode license'. Anyone know what could be causing this error and how to fix it? It does this when I try to activate one of the three environments with their respective codes.

    Please open a support ticket for this.  They'll be able to help you figure it out and/or provide a new activation code.
