    Morning! 

    Is it possible to set a field formatting rule on form level that will change the background color of the fields edited by the originator when "save and route" to support the approver on what the actual change(s) are.

    Edit / Change Solution:

    1) Web service: Query xml script download BP sales area data from S4Hana. example: " User edit payment terms on existing sales areas and extended BP to a new sales area" and submit changes for approval.

    2) Workflow approval

    3) Web service:  Transaction xml script update BP
