Hi, 

How have you solved handling the license assignments and AD groups for workflow Originators? 

I have 1000 potential organisers (10 % total SAP users), and I would need to make sure that the right persons have the right licenses in an automated way. Earlier, this was not a huge issue since there was no strict license check for submitting the form. 

Connection to Identity Management software (AD group + license grant) or workflow inside Evolve?

Practical tips/Solutions?

You can setup licenses to be synchronized by AD groups. You can also setup groups in an APP and point to an AD group. Setup the group and tie it to an AD group by clicking the zero.
