Hi, 

we have implemented the Winshuttle solution as an Excel addin and one of our users is having this error when she submit the solution in Excel. 

anyone has got the same error or has any idea how to resolve this?

That's a rather generic message. 

Can you please clarify what your user is trying to do?  Are they opening an excel file, filling in data and submitting it for some type of approval?  If so, is it an OOTB or custom workflow?

A few things to check:

Does this happen for all users or just one?

Do they have a license?

Do they have access to the App where the workflow is defined?

If a custom workflow, are they allowed to start the workflow, i.e. in the originator group? 

I would suggest opening a support ticket, so that they can look into your setup and help unravel this message.

Hi Sigrid, 

This error pops up only the user submit the solution via submit button in Excel. This user has been using Winshuttle solution without no error and she has license. However, she changed her laptop recently and she is having this issue only for one solution ever since. Also, she does not see this error on other solution and no change has made recently on any solutions in production. We have tried twice to remove and re-install the Winshuttle software but this error does not go away. 

I will open the service ticket too.
