  • 1.  Error when running MM01 TCode

    Posted 06-25-2024 13:59

We have user which is not able to run script (any other user is able to run this script).

The user is getting the following errors "RFCOpenConnectionFail" ERROR or "An error occurred while performing the operation".

We already checked the following setting:

Troubleshooting Steps SAP IS Server- SAP GUI time Out errors (precisely.com)

How to Enable GUI Scripting (precisely.com)

    1. Navigate to %AppData% (this will take you to C:/Users/Username/AppData).
    2. Go to Roaming > Winshuttle > Studio.
    3. Right-click the Appoptions.xml file.
    4. Locate the following line in the file: <AllowMultiThread>false</AllowMultiThread>.
    5. Update it from false to true: <AllowMultiThread>true</AllowMultiThread>.

Does anybody have this same issue and got this resolved and share which setting we should update?

    Thank you

    Hi Wanda

Something like this is often environment/pc specific.  I'd suggest opening a support ticket to get personalized help with it.

    Best Regards,

    Sigrid
