Hi Olga

It looks like the data file is going through a review in Evolve or Studio Manager - is that true?

If this is one of the out-of-the-box workflows (the screen shot makes it look like this is the cases), is the person you selected as the Reviewer 

(1) setup as a user in Evolve/Studio Manager - am assuming this is true, or they wouldn't be selectable

(2) in the Reviewer group - am assuming this is true, or you couldn't select them

(3) has a Studio license assigned? - this is important, because anyone involved in a process that touches SAP needs a license 

If the reviewer is set in a custom workflow, please check with the workflow developer to determine who is getting assigned and please check the same two points, above.

Yes you are right.

The data file is going through a review in Studio Manager via the Excel front end.

It is one of the out-of-the-box workflows and the person we selected as the Reviewer is setup as a user in Evolve/Studio Manager, in the Reviewer group and has a Studio license assigned.

It is just very very strange

Hard to debug without looking. 

Does it work if you choose another approver?

Have the permissions changed for that person?  You can search through the audit report, if you have that enabled in the Administration App.

The person's name changed at the company, and thus in the authentication method you're using for Studio Manager, like Active Directory (AD)?

Are you doing an AD Sync, and the AD group has that person changed?  You can see whether that is scheduled in the Administration App in the calender.  And you'd have to check with IT to compare the AD group and what you have in Studio Manager.

Those are the things I'd look at first.  If nothing comes up, have you tried to remove and add them back? 

IDK if any of those ideas are new, but that's what I'd look at.
