    EnterWorks version 11.3 includes RabbitMQ version 4, which has lowered the default maximum message size from 128 MB to 16 MB.  Some EnterWorks processing, including the uploading of Digital Assets assumes the maximum message size is 128 MB.  If the default size of 16 MB is used, DAM Upload jobs containing one or more files exceeding 16 MB will fail.  Since other EnterWorks processes are also affected, the maximum message size must be increased in RabbitMQ to 128 MB even if the DAM is not being used.
