This training session provides a step-by-step walkthrough of deploying and configuring a monitoring solution within an EnterWorks environment. Participants are guided through deployment planning and prerequisites, including required administrative access, maintenance window considerations, and environment preparation activities necessary for a successful installation.

The session demonstrates the complete deployment process, including copying deployment files, stopping and restarting services, deploying application components, initializing configuration files, installing the monitoring service, updating required properties, executing database scripts, and validating successful startup through service and log verification. Best practices for distributed environments and deployment validation are also covered.

In addition to installation procedures, the training covers how to add and configure supporting widgets within the user interface. Participants see how to create and configure monitoring and administration dashboards, define custom widget settings, manage URLs and layouts, and optimize dashboard design for usability and operational efficiency.

The session also reviews the deployment and user guide structure, showing how documentation, screenshots, and deployment assets can be used throughout the implementation process to verify expected results at each stage. Configuration requirements for repositories, scheduled export jobs, and monitoring dependencies are explained, along with recommendations for organizing dashboards and preparing the environment for production use.

Demonstrations conclude with guidance on enabling the monitoring framework, preparing monitor points for future configuration, and setting the stage for ongoing monitoring, alerting, and email notification management.
