When troubleshooting issues with the EnterWorks application, it is often important to know how and when the services have been stopped and/or started and by whom.  While it is usually possible to determine when some or all of the EnterWorks services have been stopped or started by examining the log files, it is difficult to know how the services were stopped or started and by whom.

EnterWorks 11.2 includes a PowerShell script that logs what script was invoked and the user who invoked it, if the stop and start scripts are updated to invoke the PowerShell script.  The PowerShell script can also be deployed to pre-11.2 environments and their respective stop and start scripts updated to invoke it.

This session describes how the stop and start information is logged and how to deploy and configure the PowerShell script.
