  • 1.  Dump DP_CONTROL_GET_TABLE when running IE01 in ECC6 SAP

    I created a Winshuttle recording for equipment creation IE01 in an SAP ECC6 environment.

    When I run it I always get a dump - RAISE_EXCEPTION in function module DP_CONTROL_GET_TABLE. This does not happen if I run the same Winshuttle Script in a SAP S4 HANA platform. The dump also not happens running IE01 manually of the first time the recording is created, so this seems to be linked to Winshuttle.

    What can be the reason of this dump? Thanks

    Hello Sigrid,

    thanks for your reply. Do you know if there is a particular OSS note or action that fixes the problem?

    I found an alternative way to create the equipments, creating an script using BAPI_EQUI_CREATE. This has no issues in the ECC system.

    Sorry - this isn't an area I know a lot about.  One post talked about this SAP NOTE:  https://me.sap.com/notes/909387  but I have no idea if that's the issue.

    Someone on your Basis team should be able to look at the Dump and determine what the issue is and then work with SAP, if they need help with the resolution.
