I always prefer to create workspace files with relative, rather than absolute, path names. This make them easily transportable, which is a must if you're publishing data to others, or want to be resilient to someone changing the company Dropbox name. �� To do this make sure all your TAB files are in the same folder as, or in sub-folders of, your WOR file. Yes, it's not always practical, but with a bit of planning you can reduce the number of headaches in the future!

You can use a more advanced text editor, such as the free/excellent Notepad++, to do a search and replace of paths across multiple workspace files. It's always a dangerous thing to do, so always keep a copy of your original files.
