Hi friends,

Background: I want to download the ALV report from Tcode /SAPAPO/RRP1 from APO system, and unfortunately we don't install WFM in our APO.  Anyway I was able to record a Transaction Script.  The recording mode I selected is "No batch with SAP control".

Issue: However I got error msg when I ran it: runtime error message_type_x has occurred, and then I went into debug mode and tried to find the reason. 
I found that the screen stops at the 1st OK-code (See screenshot), and I have to manually click the tick box to continue. However it is not what I want.

Don't have access to an APO system at the moment, but I know the tcodes in that system are typically tough to automate based on how SAP created them.  I would try BATCH and then GUI scripting. 

Also since you want to download data in a grid, have you considered using Query instead?  That's the direction I would go with.
