    Hi Everyone,

    I am currently trying to download Studio and getting the following error:

    504 Gateway Timeout: Your request has been received, but there is no timely response from the server.
    DOSarrest Internet Security is a cloud based fully managed DDoS protection service.  This request is unable to complete due to the above error and has not been filtered by DOSarrest.  Please contact the administrator of download.winshuttle.com to resolve this issue.

    Is anyone else experiencing this error?

    hi Patrick,

    I don't think you can simply download Winshuttle Studio anymore from V20.2 on.
    Anyway I sent a request when I updated  : https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408349570587-How-to-Request-Studio-v-20-2-installer-for-Connect-Customers-
    you will probably want to request the WFM for the same Studio version too ...

    I found the mail with the installer link to WS Studio 20.2.9, coming from Precisely. It works fine ...
    Is the downloadside blocked by a firewall or so ?
    There is a link in that same mail for WS support in case you face any issues with upgrades: https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    Maybe they can assist ...
