MailStream Plus Postal Preparation

I am trying to find info on Mail360 and, I believe, how it does what it does with MailStream Plus.  I am the responsible party in our organization for administration of both of these products, but I have zero training, documentation or knowledge of Mail360 (Server, Manager, or Data Manager) beyond seeing my name in the matrix of responsibilities.  If this is horribly off-topic for this forum, please inform me of the proper forum and, if possible, move this to that forum.

I need to get info on any administration activities for Mail360.  I cannot find anything in-house beyond an installation guide and a user's guide, both for version 2.4.  I did find a User's Guide for 2.7 online, so I'm going through that.  I'm not finding a lot on administration of the product, as yet.

My question is that I want to know what, if any, is licensed to the State of Missouri or its Office of Administration.  "Mail360" is on a list of programs that "we" supposedly support, but I cannot find any reference to this program (any of them) in our list of Precisely Software Products in the Customer Portal.

I work in the Enterprise Server Group (z system mainframe).  I can find datasets which indicate that we have used a program named "Mail360" in the past but I am completely lost on if it is still in use, if we're still licensed to use it, and what would be involved in maintenance and administration of this program.  Can someone, anyone, help me figure out even where to effectively ask for help?

Hello Gary,

We noticed that you have a case PRE-00901153 started. We have found that you own Mail360 Manager that works with MSP so if you install the MSP application you have option to install Mail360 Manager. Once installed you are not required to install Mail360 again with MSP updates.

Any additional communication will be done through the case PRE-00901153.
