In 2026, to meet supplier requirements, we will migrate product naming from "DMAR" to "DMA". This includes updates to the product name, .zip files, file names, and the field names:

For DMA 2026, a pipe-delimited text file named DMA_usa_alt_names.txt will be added to the data folder of the product delivery file for all delivery formats with the following updated identifying codes and names:
- Designated Market Area Code
- Designated Market Area Name
- Designated Market Area Alternative Name (created by Precisely)
Availability
These changes will appear in the June 2026 release. The change will be present in all available data formats and in both the boundary and inventory (centroid) files.
