    Is there a way to turn off delegations for one solution or APP, but keep on for all other solutions and APPs?

    Can you give us a bit more info on the use case(s)?

    • Is this Out of Office delegations in the admin app?
    • User settings for delegations? (pro-actively set for OOO)
    • Are these for form delegations? 
    • Is this for Excel workflow delegations?
    • Is this for script/data file approvals (Excel)?
    • All of the above? :)

    I'm not sure if there is a current solution, but I want to understand what you want to accomplish.

    I have many APPs and Evolve workflows. My customer for one Evolve workflow does not want to allow people to delegate their assignments to anyone. He also does not want to allow reassignments. I don't know if I can prevent people from using the delegation of assignment tool for only one solution but allow it for all other solutions.

    • Is this Out of Office delegations in the admin app? Yes

    Hi James,
    Unfortunately, we do not have a direct way to restrict the Delegation for a solution, 
    but there is an alternative way to restrict it, you can mention the filter 'Delegate assignments where the solution-*'
    If your Solutions contain a specific pattern, you can make use of this filter.

    For example :

    if you select 'Name starts with' in 'Delegate assignments where the solution-*' and provide value : Master, then delegation will only work for solutions starting with 'Master'.


    Like wise you can create multiple delegations for other solutions as well.
