An update was applied to the D360 Govern Dev, UAT and Production environments on Friday, February 2, 2024
What's New?
The following issues were addressed in this Update:
- Fixed an issue where relationships to reference lists were not visible on the Relationships tab.
- Fixed an issue where clicking on a reference list link on the asset detail page or information panel did not take you to the correct page.
- Fixed an issue where trying to save a Relationship field type without selecting "Editable on UI" caused an error.
- Fixed an issue where in certain conditions, assets could appear twice in the grid when searching on a word that appeared in multiple responsibility rules assigned to those assets.
- Fixed an issue where in specific cases relation lookups rendered invalid column names, when the relation lookup referred to the same field on the same asset type, but on different hops.
- Fixed an issue on the Configuration > Workflows page where clicking the USB icon incorrectly took you to the Home page.
- Fixed a performance issue when calling the GET Assets API.
- Fixed an issue that prevented workflow digest emails from being sent.
- Fixed an issue that prevented you from creating linked reference list fields with a parent list dependency.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the kebab menu from being updated with the correct options when fields on a relation lookup configuration were moved up and down with the handle on the left side.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Counter field type from being populated for assets that are bulk loaded.
- Fixed an issue where field updates were not tracking the user when performed via a field change workflow node.
- Fixed an issue that caused relation lookup columns to use the API name instead of the user-friendly name.
- Added an additional error log to track when the Data360 Govern API calls to check the status of the relationship builds returned NULL values for results.
- Fixed an issue that prevented you from imbedding images in workflow form descriptions.
