    A new release of Govern will be applied to Production environments on Friday May 13th at 5:00 p.m. EST.

    Be sure to check out the release notes linked below for all enhancements and corrected issues included this release.  Below are the highlights.

     

    User Defined Semantic Types

    You can now create, edit and delete user-defined semantic types with a variety of
    match types, from the Semantics Types page. You can also create semantic types by using the relevant link on the Profiling panel.

    Global Search

    The global search was enhanced such that the underscore character is seen as a word break.  If you have technical assets with underscores (example:  MEMBER_ID_NUM) you should see more relevant search results using partial search criteria.  

    The following issues have been corrected and will be applied with this update :

    • Fixed an issue in the asset browser, where using the Reveal next hop action would pull in content that was not directly impacted by the currently displayed lineage.
