When a user edits and editable datetime fields, the datetime in the edit pop up show the set value -2 hour and when the use clicks on save, the date time value is also updated -2h

During record creation and updates, the datetime was being saved in UTC after converting it from the local time zone. However, when binding the value, it wasn't being converted back from UTC to the local time zone, which caused the issue. To resolve this, the datetime value is converted from UTC to the local time zone before binding it to the datetime control during the update action.
