    A patch was applied to the D360 Govern Production environments on Friday, August 30, 2024. 

    What's New?

    The following issues were addressed in this patch:

    • Fixed an issue which caused some workflows to show the error message "No valid transition found error" despite the workflow having finished with no issues.
    • Fixed an issue which caused some workflows to intermittently show the error message  "assignment failed for an unknown reason".
