New Assignments Details and Request Details pages for Workflows will be released to Dev/UAT environments after 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Release to Production will be announced in a separate communication.
What's New?
Assignment details and Request details were previously only viewable in the side panel of the list grid pages. Now the Workflow Name or Action Type will be a link to view the details page in a full page with side panel functionality to drill down on steps and other relevant information. Options have also been added to the Assignments kebab menu to view the details.
In addition, when opening an Assignment from an email link, the messages displayed will contain links to the Details page when the Assignment Step has already been processed. If the Assignment has been Completed, the Details page will be displayed.
