D360 Govern – New Enhancement on Audit Change Log available in PROD from July 15, 2026
Abstract
The Change Log system has been redesigned using new API and/or UI, a more consistent audit experience across assets, asset types, groups, and configuration items. All existing audit log pages have been updated to use the new unified component.
A Govern production release is planned for tomorrow. New Change Log activity will be available immediately after deployment. Historical Change Log data will be migrated after release and may appear in the new UI gradually during the migration period. Historical data remains accessible through existing endpoints until migration is complete. We expect migrations to continue through the weekend.

Overview of Features and Functionality
The enhancement program introduces comprehensive logging across key platform components including:
- Assets & Asset Lifecycle Activities (creation, updates, relationships, tagging, ownership changes)
- Configuration Entities (asset types, issue types, roles, policies, semantic types, etc.)
- User & Group Activities (creation, updates, membership changes, lifecycle events)
- Admin & Environment Settings (including security-related configurations such as IP whitelisting)
- Navigation, Tags, Themes, and System Configurations
Availability
This new enhancement is available to Data360® Govern PROD environment from July 15, 2026.
