Is there a way to change the message received in Evolve when someone clicks a link to Evolve and does not have Access. In foundation they could request access to the Sharepoint group, it does not appear they can do the same in Evolve, if they can't request access, can we at least change the message they see so we can tell them who to contact for Access?

As per current design for evolve, access denied message/page is not configurable, you can share this as an idea for later improvements in the product.

I Think adding 'Request Access' button to the page and generating an automated email to the admin is a good idea.
