    We have 3 possible exits from a task: approve, reject and complete / finish (abschliessen). What is the correct condition for the exit in case of 'complete / finish'? It's not the function AutoApproved, is it? Or is it a field value? I do not find buttons in Option 'Field Value'. Actually, it takes the exit for 'approved'.

    Hi Rita,

    • All three options always completes the assign task.
    • approve/reject are just an indication to whether route back the task to owner in case of rejection.
    • so, if you want the workflow to be returned to owner for correction in data you can use reject. in this case the approval task will be completed and the workflow will proceed according to the conditions applied in workflow.
    • In above screenshot if Approval 3 is approved it will route to end 2, if rejected it will route to activity 5.

    NOTE : AutoApproved is a different case where the approval task is automatically completed after a certain period of time set under properties.
