    This is a breaking change notification for the September 2023 US Buildings Product (v2023.09).  Please read this message in its entirety if you license the Precisely US Buildings product.  Please see 2023.09 Buildings data schema attached.

     

    • In order to provide a more accurate picture of residential and business designations to a building footprint, we will be moving the BLDGTYPE field to the buildings table and will add a property type field (PROP_TYPE) to the buildings_addresses table.
    • A field will be added for the US Department of Energy's Unique Building Identifier (UBID). This will not be a persistent ID.
