Hi Oliver
As I mentioned in the direct email to you earlier, we have seen several issues lately with Bing Maps, especially in 32-bit MapInfo Pro.
We are working on a possible workaround via a patch.
Thanks for confirming that the patch solved your issue.

Hi Peter.
Wish you a happy new year.
Bing-Update 2023>2024 worked fine for V2019, V2021 and V2023.
But unfortunately MIPro 15.0.3 32-Bit has some problems with the Bing-Update.
We got this error message:
(We have the same issue when MIPro 15 is a single (not multi-version) installation.
Error when loading tile server table.
no access to bing-logo.
table bingaerial cannot be opened.
Do you have any idea what went wrong?
Best regards
Oliver

Hi Nick
No, you will have to install the Bing Patch to renew your access to the Bing services. Starting fresh after a good break, I can see that I also need to get that done.
We have sent out emails to direct customers on maintenance. But feel free to reach out to our support team to get access to the Bing Patch., see this announcement.
Thanks for reaching out

In the past, having the latest version of the software automatically renewed the Bing service. Is that still the case?
