  • 1.  Autorun Jobs failed at Worker with error "Logon details are incomplete/incorrect. Please enter the login details to continue with SAP logon"

    We configured and established the SAP Trust connections in our Automate Evolve, and there is no issue if the autorun jobs pick up by the Application Server.

    However error "Logon details are incomplete/incorrect. Please enter the login details to continue with SAP logon" is thrown when the job picked up by worker, we have configured the same as well in the worker server however not sure if anything missing or incorrect.

    Does anyone facing this issue before?

    Hi Mei Jing Chan,

    make sure you have following entries in your services file at path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc on your worker server

    If the entries are missing, route to path C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (on server where worker is installed).

    open Services file and make above mentioned entries. Restart worker service and test the scenario.

    Note : This issue is resolved in later version of evolve 20.2.2 or later

    Hi Naeem,

    Issue still persisting after I added the sap system message server entries in the worker server etc/services, worker server restarted as well.
    We are currently using the evolve version 20.3.2.

    You can raise a support ticket regarding this so that someone from the team can have a closure look at you servers and other architectural details.
