Automate Evolve and Studio Manager 20.X EOL Reminder
Dear Precisely Customer,
We want to remind you that the upcoming end of life of Precisely Automate Evolve and Studio Manager 20.X, which is coming on April 9, 2026.
Please plan your upgrade to Automate V24.X or higher if you haven't started your upgrade already as there will be no more renewals for Automate versions below 24.0.
Here's what you need to know:
- No changes to licenses or pricing are needed as part of the upgrade.
- You can review release notes for Evolve and Studio Manager here
- Customers can upgrade their Automate software themselves if that is preferred
- You can review the upgrade guide for Evolve or Studio Manager here
- Customers can engage with our Professional Services team if you want assistance with your upgrade. Please contact your Precisely Account Executive if you would like more information on this.
- Plan to start your upgrade in your Dev environment first before moving to production.
- Note that you will not be able to add or change licenses after the product goes EOL until you upgrade to a supported version.
- For end-of-life products, product support is discontinued, additional product licenses cannot be purchased, and Precisely reserves the right to discontinue online help and product training.
