We are delighted to announce the availability of the 20.3 release for our Automate products. The release consists of the following products:
- Evolve 20.3
- Studio Manager 20.3
- Studio 20.3
- WFM 20.3
Release highlights:
- Added support for the following third-party products:
- Windows 11
- Office 2021
- Windows Server 2022
- Documents explorer feature – It allows to show documents initiated by different users belong to different solutions on a single page.
- Challenge on approval feature support with Excel workflow
- Evolve to Evolve Migration Utility – Round Trip solutions migration support
For new Evolve and Studio Manager SaaS customers, from now on, we will provide them setups with the 20.3 release.
The Evolve 20.3 and Studio Manager 20.3 release is not available for customers to install by themselves. The download links for Evolve and Studio Manager 20.3 will not be posted on the product support download links page. For installation of Evolve 20.3 or Studio Manager 20.3, customers will have to contact the professional service team or selected partners.
The Studio 20.3 will be available for customers to install themselves, but the download links for this will not be posted on the product support download links page and as with the earlier releases customer will have to request for the Studio installer through the CSM team using the online form available on the download links page.
The Evolve and Studio Manager products are now supported with Windows Server 2022 and Studio is now supported with Windows 11 and Office 2021. Any customers (Foundation or Evolve), need support for these third-party products should plan to migrate/upgrade to 20.3. The new Evolve customers should also plan to install 20.3 version.

Existing Evolve and Studio Manager customers can upgrade to this release on their own, but we recommend that if they face any challenges in upgrades related to the SSO configuration or solution specific issue, they should reach out to Precisely professional services team or their partner who did the installation.
