  • 1.  Auto Generate Sequence - CSV Requirement

    We recently upgraded to v10 and found that when we import using .xslx the sequence generated number for the repository is skipping every other number. The only solution we have found thus far is importing as .csv, BUT we are having issues with MPNs (SKUs) & UPCs that have leading zeros and are being dropped on import. In v8 this was never an issue, so I am curious if this is a limitation of v10 or if this is something that can be resolved. 

    Has anyone else had experience with this and resolved?

    Marrianna,

    This is a recently-discovered issue and it has been fixed and will be included in the next releases:  Socrates (10.5) and the 10.4 maintenance release (10.4.7).  For reference, the Jira ticket number for the issue is:  EW-9487, which will be identified in the release notes of the upcoming releases.
