Hello,

Are there any ways to hide particular attachment elements from the supporting documents in the Documents tab and and the Include item for email attachments?  I have an attachment that holds sensitive data and would like only select people to see.  In the individual views it isn't an issue.

This sounds interesting on what you are attempting to do. Could you share and example of what you are trying to do without sensitive data for the user group to help better understand what you are trying to achieve. Has this been done manually by a user?

Hi Benjamin,

We are working on a form for finishing customer setups.  One component that the originator will possibly have is bank information.  In the process only our treasury and master data should have access to view the banking information.  The others such as traffic or FP&A shouldn't be able to see it.  The other place it comes into play is using the email plug having the include item to attach a PDF copy of the form also includes the banking info.  When in the form open we can easily hide the section for those who don't need to see it.
