Assure MIMIX for AIX
Announcement
Precisely announces the release of Assure MIMIX for AIX 6.0.2.00.
Precisely encourages customers to stay current by upgrading to the latest release for Assure MIMIX for AIX. Details of this release can be found in the associated Release Notes.
How to Download and Activate the Software
To access the software and license tools, you must have a Precisely (Customer or Partner) Community account established and have license entitlement.
Summary of Feature Additions or Changes
- Support for 3-node configurations is now available in the SMIT Interface.
- Support for 3-node configurations is now available in the Assure MIMIX for AIX Monito
- Assure MIMIX for AIX Monitor details view now allows 1-week and 2-week historical options.
- Users can now add or remove one AIX node in a 3-node broadcast configuration without any downtime.
- Event Marker Support is now available in the SMIT interface.
- Unattended HOST_ID update in the MIMIX ODM when LPAR moves to new Power System. This will be helpful when the serial number changes occur (migrations or Partition Mobility). See Automating HOST_ID in MIMIX ODM for LPAR migration to new Power Systems.
