    Assure MIMIX for AIX         

    Announcement

    Precisely announces the release of Assure MIMIX for AIX 5.2.05.00.

    Precisely encourages customers to stay current by upgrading to the latest release for Assure MIMIX for AIX.  Details of this release can be found in the associated Release Notes.

    How to Download and Activate the Software

    To access the software and license tools, you must have a Precisely (Customer or Partner) Community account established and have license entitlement.

    Summary of Feature Additions or Changes

    • All volumes in a volume group can now be selected and added to a replication group in the new SMIT interface (first released at 5.2.04.00).
    • Oracle ASM data groups can now be added to a replication group in the SMIT interface.
    • Compression can now be enabled and disabled at the replication group level.
    • This release includes 2 fixes.

    Minimum product version to upgrade from: 

    •  5.0.01.00

    Assure Unified Interface version:

    • 3.2.37.00

    Assure MIMIX for AIX Portal App version:

    • 5.2.5

    AIX OS Levels supported: 

    • 6.1, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3

    Supported Windows OS for the Assure Unified Interface Server on Windows:

    • Windows® 10, Windows Server 2016, Windows® Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2019

    Supported Windows OS for the Install Wizard:

    • Windows® 10, Windows Server 2016, Windows® Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2019
