    Hello,

I'm trying to load Precisely basemaps in MI Pro 2023 and this error is thrown.

An error occurred loading a Tile Server table: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Unable to open table PreciselyIron.

Any idea on how to resolve?

    Thanks,

    Anthony

    Hi Anthony

Can you check if you have logged into your account on the Service tab on the Backstage Area (Pro tab).

I think we have seen this with one other colleague of ours.

    Hi Peter,

Yes, it shows me logged in. When I first attempted to add the Precisely Basemap I was presented with the Precisely SSO screen. That part worked fine. After that the error is thrown.

    Hi Anthony

    That doesn't look right.

    It should look like this:

I wonder if you aren't connected to an account in the background.
    Can you try this:
    1. Log out of your account
    2. Now use Sign Up Now to create a new account with your details and precisely email
    3. Log in to your account if that didn't happen after you created it

You can also try to reach out to our support team to see if you account has been configured correctly before creating it (again).

    Thanks
