    EngageOne Server and EngageOne Deliver use multiple components (libraries) provided by various vendors.

    The engineering team constantly updates components to the newest possible versions to ensure optimal quality and security.

    Due to the Vendor's end of mainstream support for Java8 for several important components, the Java 8 support for EngageOne Server and EngageOne Deliver will be withdrawn with release 4.4 SP11-R4.

    From 4.4 SP11-R4 onwards, the only supported Java platform for EngageOne Server, and EngageOne Deliver will be Java 11. 

    EngageOne Server and Deliver Customers planning to upgrade to the newest release (if not already on Java 11) should switch the Java version to one of the supported Java 11 vendor runtime versions.

    EngageOne Server and Deliver releases pre 4.4 SP11-R4 will continue to support Java 8.
