For anyone planning to verify an ACC/SRS installation, please ensure that all installation activities described in the SCC Product Installation Guide have been completed before starting the verification process.

The product verification procedure consists of the following high-level steps:

1. Customize the ACC/SRS verification rules.
2. Start ACC/SRS using the configured verification rules.
3. Run the ACC IVP job.
4. Run the SRS IVP job.
5. Run the SRSVSAM IVP job.
6. Run the SRS RECAT IVP job.

DTS Setup Activities

After completing product verification, perform the following DTS configuration tasks:

• Create the DTS distribution libraries on the host machine.
• Create the required production data sets:
• DTS.R71.LOADLIB
• DTS.R71.PARMLIB
• DTS.R71.RULECKPT
• DTS.R71.ISPFLIB
• DTS.R71.DIFVAR
• DTS.R71.RULELIB
• APF-authorize the DTS load library.
• Copy the DIF JCL to a system procedure library.
• Copy the required members into DTS.R71.PARMLIB.
• Copy DTS load modules from the distribution library to the authorized load library.
