Hi,

Request to add a default "submit an inquiry" workflow to Govern.  As of now, we have created a custom "submit an inquiry" workflow, but preference would be for this to be available out of the box, with specific functionality closer to ticketing system like, user to raise inquiry, access change, managing assets, training, approval, logs etc.

Workflows are fully customizable, so the more information you can provide the better.

Thank you for the additional details. Though workflows are fully customizable, if you are looking for this solution to be provided "out-of-the-box" it will be treated as an enhancement request.
