  • 1.  MRR conversion to .GRC

    Hi

I've converted an MRR file into .GRC format for use in Atoll. When loading into Atoll the following message is displayed

.RasterFile : Deflate compression support is not configured.

Does anyone know if this is something that needs to be configured in Atoll or is it something to do with the .GRC file created from MI Pro Advanced?

    Thanks

    Jacob

I am not familiar with Atoll, but I would say there would be an issue with the conversion from MRR to .GRC. If I am not mistaken there should be an option when converting, named "compression method". I would say this method is not supported by Atoll. I would try using a different method when converting.

There is no compression used in a Vertical Mapper GRC (classified) raster, so I am not sure what this error refers to. Deflate is a compression method used in TIFF quite commonly and refers to lossless encoding using LZ77 and Huffman algorithms.
