  • 1.  Process to Change Result Action Alert Expiry in bulk

    Please see screenshot attached. 

    We would like to change the alert expiry for all Result Actions in our INfogix to 3 days. Is there a way to bulk change using any script or command line commands?

     

    We would like to avoid selecting one by one and changing the same.

    Hi Arun,

    This can be performed within the user preferences. Specifying a value for the "Expire Infogix Alerts" setting will override the settings in the result actions.

    We are looking to change it for all users or all result actions and not specific to any user. Is that possible?
