    Dears,
We are facing the problem with "Runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION has occurred" when executing a Winshuttle which should post in MIGO.
This error occurs not with all Users and the two users who face the problem can post in MIGO without Winshuttle without any problem.
The users in SAP have the same permissions (the one which works properly and the one which does not)

    What could we do?

    SAP 7.7.
    Winshuttle 20.2

    Hi Marlene

    A couple of thoughts:

-are you tried checking Start SAP GUI?  https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023691191-Runtime-Error-RAISE-EXCEPTION-has-Occurred
-are you setting all of the fields that may default in the script, i.e. action, reference type, movement type?
If defaults are not set, they may be running through the script with different settings.  You can see this in debug (aka step-by-step) mode.

    Dear Sigrid,

    Thank you for your answer.

I checked the link but we have version 20.x / SAP 7.70
Second, the strange thing is, that it happens not with all users, to be honest we faced the problem only with two SAP users. All the other work properly.
Other user (Runner and developer) can run the report without any problems.

We  already tried debugging mode, but in debug it works without error.

We also check SAP rights/permissons. This is not what caused the problem.

    Hi Marlene

Would suggest opening a support ticket.

Also, have you tried to check Start SAP GUI for the script?  Running in debug mode "starts the gui" for you, regardless of the setting.  So if it runs in debug mode but not via the RUN button, that's what I would try.

    Best Regards,
    Sigrid

    Hi Marlene
You asked about what I meant by Start SAP GUI.

The Start SAP GUI is on the run tab:

    doc: https://docs.winshuttle.com/studio-en-20-2-online-help-studio-with-connect/transaction-run-settings.htm?tocpath=Studio%2020.2%20Online%20Help%7CTransaction%7CRun%20Scripts%7C_____1

I'm seeing same error message when I create MIGO script (A07, R10, 555), the material document can be posted in SAP successfully but from Winshuttle I'm seeing error message 'Runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION has occurred'

    and from log file

ERROR  11:04:37,020  437ms Winshuttle.Core.SapHelper.Authorization.TransactionAuthorization.CheckWSUserAccess | Exception found in getting winshuttle rfc read access
    ERROR  11:17:21,103  1721ms Winshuttle.Core.ClientUtility.EncryptionHandler.DecryptString | Error in decrypting string :

    Hi Kitty

Please attach your script and template (anonymize the data, as needed) and provide a high level overview of what you're trying to do.  Also if you run in debug mode, please provide a screen shot of where it is failing.

    Thanks,

    Sigrid

Please ask your security team to compare the user authorizations of the two for which it did not work with the one for which it does. Quite sure they have different RFC authorizations. It is most likely not linked to your script nor to winshuttle.
