Yesterday I had a meeting with Pega Systems NL. The subject was linking EngageOne Compose to Pega CRM. At our customer Vivat a link has now been established with EngageOne Ondemand, linking with Interactive is planned for this year.
In addition to Compose, Interactive video and a possible link between Pega and EngageOne Video were also discussed.
I was asked if Pitney has already implemented implementations with Pega, Steve if you have more information that I can share than please. They also asked who is involved as a contact person from Pitney. Is this Alan Hunter and can I mention this to Pega.

We've had a couple of projects in EMEA where clients are using Pega systems, summarised as:
- Government org. – embedding the ActiveX into their own Correspondent application and using the Editor methods natively from a simple webapp integration.
- Travel org. – a looser integration where the PEGA client could author their own email/copy/letter content and this is transformed into a simple data/mark-up format that can be consumed by an EngageOne application and generates the output based on the clients channel of choice.

We see a lot of focus on PEGA systems (for CRM and Business Processes with our customers). Some names: ING, VIVAT, De Volksbank, VodafoneZiggo, Achmea in our market. Are there live use cases where Compose has been integrated with PEGA systems and if so, how and for what use cases?
We might be able to leverage this info to position ourselves better in our market.
