EngageOne™

The engineering team showed some great new features released during the last few weeks during the bi-weekly sprint demo.

Of note:

1. Basic attachments are now available for communications - you can attach static files to emails you want to send to end recipients (note that the maximum total email + attachement size is 7 meg).
   
   
2. More data analysis is now possible with the platform as we can now track direct sends, opens and clicks on a person by person basis at a campaign level.  This will give us greater clarity for future communications (especially when combined with the conditional logic work that is in progress (more news on that later)).
   
   The reporing page has also been spruced up as well to take into account the data - and all data across the platform has been reagregated again.

Additionally we've been doing a lot of work on the underlying platform infrastucture, making it even easier to bring up new regions as requested - the first of which will be the new US Healthcare instance.

Reading this, it reminded me a lot of EngageOne Connect.  Is Communicate going to replace EngageOne Connect?

Hi Chris,

There are similarities between the different products - the main differentiators at this stage are:

• EngageOne Connect is our on prem solution for those who can not use a cloud based SAAS solution.  Additionally it has ICP capabilities which are a fair way out on the EngageOne Communicate roadmap.
  
  
• EngageOne Communicate is our cloud based SAAS solution - bringing with it much lower cost base for the functionality; fully scalable and completely run on top of a headless API (so is easy to integrate with other platforms / processes as well).
