SSA crash - error messages - what it mean?

    Our SSA ver 12.1 (Windows) had crashes. The error messages:

     

    NFO | jvm 1 | 2017/12/19 01:28:00 | <REMOTE>>SQLWarning: reason(Database '..\modules\spatial\jackrabbit\workspaces\default/db' not created, connection made to existing database instead.) SQLState(01J01) vendor code(10000)

    And

    INFO | jvm 1 | 2017/12/18 15:09:09 | <REMOTE>>org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: An I/O error occurred while sending to the backend.

    What to do?
