  • 1.  Add Theme - Create Thematic Map MI Pro 17.0.2 Release Build 16

    Hello.
    Strange thing happening with Mapinfo 17.0.2 at startup.
    Seems to cause the generation of 73 additional thematic templates.
    The templates we already have are retained, but 73 new ones are added in to the ThemeTemplate.LST file.
    The templates are called '0001.thm' through '0073.thm'.

    Attached is a copy of the ThemeTemplate.LST file listing the new themes added. 
    We can delete the 73 additional templates, but then at next startup of PRO, the same files get re-generated and added in to the ThemeTemplate.LST file again.

    Anyone else seen this please, and is there a fix we can apply to stop these 73 templates being added in?

    Looks like something is broken while deleting *.thm files only. Please delete ALL folders and files in ThmTmplt folder and restart MiPro. it should fix the issue.

    It appeared to be mostly due to having been part of the Beta group. Not sure if this helps you as I am currently awaiting an upgrade to 17.0.2 so I haven't been able to test this.
