    Hello forum,

    I am trying to use the woodlands layer from https://environment.data.gov.uk/dataset/5f64cee5-c516-40d9-957b-bfc007275ca2

    The layer loads and displays fine, but the GetFeatureInfo fails consistently. Defra say it's a software issue. The GetFeature works on Arc and QGIS.

    Any suggestions are welcome.

    Have you tried to switch MapInfo Pro to use HTML format for GetFeatureInfo for this table? In the MapBasic window you can type:
    set table table-name info tool prefer html on​
    Where table-name is the name of your WMS table.

    For HTML format MapInfo Pro will bring up the information in your web browser rather than in the Info window.

    Hello Barry,
    Thank you very much for the suggestion. It works. Is there a known reason that this doesn't work natively? Opening a browser window each time isn't entirely satisfactory.
