    Our users would like the ability to multi-select options within the filter list via the SHIFT key (to select all items between first click and last click). Currently, they need to click all items:

    We'd also like the hoover text to be more legible (listing the selections in clear text)

    Thank you for your post. I have create an enhancement request to be reviewed by product management ( reference : GOV-16390 ).
