  • 1.  "Move To" button greyed out V17

    Hi guys,

    I have a user who's "Move To" button has been greyed out on the menu bar.

    He is unable to perform address searching.

    Does anyone know why this might be happening?

    Hi @Tim Warfe

    Yes - this is due to the Bing license expiring, you need to apply the patch we're released to extend the license. If you don't already have it handy our Technical Support team can assist with this (please let me know if you'd like contact details).

    Thank you for your quick responses @Ashley Crane & @Terry Hunt    I'm using V19 personally.   So I think I'll just upgrade other users to the latest version.​​​   The solution makes sense.
