    This "Check out failed…" message can pop up in a few different places, depending on how you use Spectrum. It may also look slightly different – a different country code, or maybe even a different module code (where the UNC is). It may also read "Batch" instead of RealTime. Regardless, the root cause of the error is usually the same. Watch this video for the steps on how to resolve this error message.
