Hi Sharon
Typically not. If you activate a node-locked license, we get no information about the end-user - name or mail. We only get something that identifies the computer. But this isn't something that can be reverted back to for example a computer name or similar. So nothing you or we can use to identify the computer or user.
If you by any chance are using a concurrent license, the log file on the license server will tell you what users are using MapInfo Pro at which times.
Some IT organisations have a centralised tool that can be used to search the individual computers for a specific file, say MapInfoPro.exe. Maybe your IT has access to such a tool?

Subject: Licence locations/registrations
Good morning,
I don't know if you are able to help me. We have 10 licences within the Council, is there a way of running a report to tell which pcs these are registered to. I am coming up against a brick wall with our in house IT department who you would have thought would know where they had installed them, but this isn't the case.
Thanks in anticipation of your help.
