Currently when a Take Action is locked to that responsibility only people that hold it can see it, we would also like the ability for system admins to be able to see all available Take Action items against a set asset regardless of if they hold the specified responsibility or not.

Hi Robert, we're another customer using the catalogue and do not have this issue.

You can see all Workflows as an admin, regardless of who is assigned the ticket.

You can also navigate to a user, to see what they have been assigned and also re-assign workflows (bit hard to navigate and find)

Just to clarify here I don't mean being able to see them in the Workflow Actions section of the platform, I mean when you enter the actual Take Action list against an Asset - this where only the assigned responsibility type can see the Take Action regardless of if you are an Admin or not. This is more a QoL improvement for us as we have a considerable number of Take Actions on the system and this would make it much easier to check all the necessary actions have been assigned to an Asset type.
